Therefore the Hegele Academy is careful and precise about setting and creating the right environment. It is our experience that motivation is less about a feeling and more about making a decision and building momentum. The consequences that individuals and organizations experience after making a decision will always create motivation. Positive consequences clearly are more comfortable to process and review.
