- It is the challenge of 'HOW' that launched the Hegele Academy! It is not lack of Knowledge that is keeping most people and organizations from getting to where they want to be and where they need to be. It is in applying the things that people and organizations already know they should be doing that prevents their success. We place an emphasis on Facilitating and Coaching.
